Who'd have thought we'd ever see a massive billboard for The Beatles in this day and age. I certainly didn't.
I have to say this billboard creative to mark their debut on iTunes still looks incredibly relevant. The fab foursome look like they could easily be a contemporary rock band, rather than the iconic band that changed a generation of music.
You have to wonder where this great image came from too. Even with it being given the Apple makeover, it's still a fantastic photo of The Beatles and yet it seems brand new, as if it's been unearthed from some private vault.
The large, full length body billboard of the group was snapped along the Sunset Strip just down from the Chateau Marmont Hotel and the smaller version at the corner of Fairfax and Melrose Avenue in L.A. on November 26, 2010.
