It really is great to see such a quintessentially British offering recognised for the Oscars this year.There wasn't really much pre-publicity for An Education and I only noticed this billboard, at the top of La Cienega Boulevard on the heavily traveled Sunset Strip, once the film started to receive its critical acclaim and Golden Globe nominations.
An Education has three fantastic Academy Award nominations including Best Picture, Best Writing (Adapted Screenplay) and Actress in a Leading Role for the wonderful Carey Mulligan.
