I was surprised to see this advertisement for British export, Top Gear, on corner of Santa Monica Boulevard and La Brea Avenue in L.A. on February 3, 2010.It's safe to say I know absolutely nothing about cars and never really watched the show in the U.K., but I'm always cheered to see another BBC show make its way overseas.
The billboard has a fun and quirky eye-catching quality and I'm interested to see how the show translates across the Atlantic. Just what will U.S. viewers make of presenters Jeremy Clarkson, James May and Richard Hammond featured in the billboard?
