Today marks the start of another TV WEEK here at Daily Billboard, so expect a mix of new series, new seasons and old favourite television billboards on a daily basis. To kick us off with the intriguing words 'Not every conspiracy is a theory', is new show Rubicon, which is itself a very compelling title.
Apparently the series will be about an intelligence analyst (played by James Badge Dale) in New York City who discovers his employers may actually be part of a secret society shaping world events on a grand scale.
